I come to Starbucks at a minimum once or twice a day, every day! & I get the same thing every time! I’ve been to them all over the tri-cities, but I mainly go to this one. It’s really disappointing for me that I’m leaving a 3-star review bc This Starbucks is great, and I believe that it has the potential to be even better. Everything goes smoothly up until there is an issue and I have to come back in to address it, whether it be my order isn’t made right or the drink I’m handed is only halfway full… both times I’ve had an issue, the behavior I receive in return is very unpleasant & unprofessional. & I’m hoping by leaving this review it can help improve the behavior of those employees who are struggling to be kind & professional to their customers
I’m really disappointed with this location so far, and I was super excited to see it open. Multiple times I have ordered my drinks ahead, arrived after the app said they were ready, and when I arrive, I still have to wait because they haven’t even started them yet. Today upset me enough to leave a review. Same thing happened, but this time, the barista also made a comment to her coworker about “who orders a caramel macchiato SHORT??”. I don’t have to justify my choices and I shouldn’t be made to feel like it was somehow wrong or inconvenient for them. It was really off putting.
This is the new starbucks. And they have truly mastered turning Banks into coffee shop. This one has a fireplace cozy seating the staff is very friendly and super fast and I will say they do make better coffee mixtures than the other two Starbucks that I also very much like
